SHIPPING POLICY
Products sold by US RAC LLC are shipped by UPS
Ground to customers in the United States and
selected international countries.
Products sold with confirmed payment are shipped
from our warehouse facility within 24 hours of
payment confirmation; arrival time to your address
is dictated by your geographic location as
determined by UPS Ground transit times.
REFUND POLICY
Original purchaser will receive the full purchase
price of the RAC based on the following criteria:
Within 30 days of purchase, The RAC should be
returned to the following address:

The returned RAC must be in the original packaging
with all parts, packaging components and label card
Proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
Include a copy of the original receipt when
returning the RAC. If the receipt is not available,
print the form below, fill out and send with the
returned RAC
Purchaser is responsible paying return shipping
costs plus a 10% restocking fee
No refunds will be provided after 30 days from
original purchase date
